As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of our digital marketing strategies. You will focus on organic SEO, social media optimization, and social advertising and contribute to paid marketing campaigns as needed. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and current with digital marketing trends.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website content and structure for improved organic search visibility.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Social Media Optimization (SMO):
- Develop and execute strategies to increase our social media presence.
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social channels.
- Analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Social Advertising:
- Plan, create, and manage social advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Set campaign objectives, budgets, and targeting criteria.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on social advertising performance.
- Paid Marketing (as needed):
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute paid campaigns using Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy.
- Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and optimize for conversions.
- Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing focusing on SEO and social media.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of content marketing and creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
