Are you an experienced Performance Marketing professional passionate about driving growth in the B2B sector? Startup Steroid seeks a talented individual like you to join our dynamic team. If you have 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically in B2B marketing, this opportunity is perfect for you. Experience in marketing SaaS products will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for our B2B clients.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), and display networks.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the B2B space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay current with the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B performance marketing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, tools, and techniques, with expertise in platforms (e.g., Google Search and Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Familiarity with marketing for SaaS products is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
